COVID-19 Notices

Copies of this Notice are available in Lobby, posted on our website, and sent to our email distro (contact Claudia to be added - owners and renters)

Le R Staff Update – we’re bouncing back!

On-Site Property Manager:  Nick has been medically cleared to return to work – great!
 - Nick will continue to telework part time – his hours are posted in the lobby

Maintenance:  Alex is COVID-19 Negative and he returned to work at Le R on January 4th

Housekeeping: Sofia: is medically cleared to return and will be back on Monday, Jan 11th

COVID Testing – 2 Easy Options:
 -   Concerned that you were around someone who is COVID positive?
  >  Have some sniffles or a cough?  Why not get COVID tested, just to be safe?
1.  Contact your primary care provider and request a test
2.  Go to one of the County’s free, convenient testing sites

Pool Replaster:  on another note…
 - We’re under contract to have our pool replastered that this should start March 1st
  >  The company needs city permits, so that could delay things, but hopefully not
 - Plan on the pool being closed the entire month of March to allow for replastering , retiling, checking of coping and mastic, and replacing the 2 pool lights

Courtyard Music:
 - The Fun Committee is working on schedule more of this – stay tuned!

If you’re concerned that you’ve been exposed, or have symptoms which may or may not be COVID, get tested and find out for sure – it’s really easy (and gentle)!

Don’t have an email account? Ask a friend or a relative to help, it’s easy!

The Board realizes that this is a stressful time for all of us – Residents, Board Members, and our Staff – please continue to work patiently and politely with us on any issues that may arise!  We want to get them resolved….

Safety / Security:
On Tuesday the 11th of August, a man (picture of him is on the Lobby Table) was caught trespassing, washing with the sink in the 6th floor laundry room and about to wash clothing in the machines. We ask everyone to be careful who follows them in through any Le Rondelet entrances and please report any suspicious persons to Le Rondelet staff during business hours or to the police after-hours.

It is important to take an extra few seconds to ensure the lobby doors, courtyard pedestrian gates and garage gates have closed behind you.  If anyone else tries to enter Le Rondelet, please speak with them or contact either the Le Rondelet staff or the police.  In addition to calling 911 for people that are clearly doing something criminal, you can also call the police at 619-531-2000 for assistance when it is unclear.

Le R Staffing Update:
Alex and Sofia remain on site daily, which is necessary to perform their jobs.  Nick is 50% on site / 50% telework, and while onsite he has “Office Hours” Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 12-1 PM where he will be available in the office and not wandering the building or working with vendors.  Nick can be reached by email or phone (contact info is on the Lobby Table) at any time, any day.  Please be wearing a face covering and maintaining 6 foot distance if you are meeting with Nick, Alex, or Sofia – we want to keep everyone healthy.

September Virtual Open Board Meeting:
We had good participation again at the August virtual Open Board Meeting and we’re currently planning on another Open Virtual Board Meeting in September; please join if possible.  If you need technical assistance, please contact Nick and he’ll help you get set up.

Packages in Lobby:
Most boxes are being brought up to the Units again – but still please be sure to check for your deliveries in the lobby, and feel free to drop off a neighbor or friend’s boxes to their doors.  Boxes left overnight in the lobby could become prime pickings for uninvited guests!
